03/11/2024 Flavors of Charcuterie Private Party Polka Dot Powerhouse

Join us for this exciting class and leave knowing you will be everyone's favorite host. You will get to taste some exciting new Mimosas flavors and learn how to build an aesthetic presentation from Olive & Herb by selecting a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and other accompaniments. You will experience socializing at its finest with friends and other classmates, wine, and the personal charcuterie board you create during the class. All supplies to artfully design your charcuterie arrangement are included and can be enjoyed at the event or shared with family and friends. Serves 2-3.

And that is only the first half!

The class's second half is about elevating what you just learned. We will offer samples of wine, olive oil, and vinegar. We will also be tasting meats, cheese toppings, mustards, and jams. We will also learn what wines pair well with these meats and cheeses. Learn the flavor profiles that will elevate your charcuterie board!

Class times: This class starts promptly at 6:00 PM and ends at approximately 7:30 PM; please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled. Please note the start time, as some classes are offered during the day! After the class, attendees are welcome to shop at our store; you will receive 10 percent off your purchase.  

About our classes: Unless otherwise noted in the description, all classes are demonstration-style cooking. We work hard to show you how to pair our oils and vinegars in easy and fun ways within a themed menu! Our classes provide a generous tasting of every dish we have prepared, so come hungry. You will also be provided copies of the recipes served to recreate your evening.   

We invite you to bring your wine or other beverages to enjoy with the meal; we provide the glassware and expect alcohol to be consumed responsibly.

Cancellation Policy: A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class. After that, a refund will not be granted. To cancel, please call Jamie @ Flock & Chow at 970.393.1983. If you are experiencing illness, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice, or we cannot reschedule your class.  Please note that all cancellations will have a three percent restocking fee.  

Furthermore, understand that by purchasing a ticket and attending our class, you are granting Olive and Herb permission and the right to use your likeness in our marketing materials either via a photo or other electronic media. We have the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, or publish these photos for any lawful purpose. Photos and other electronic media will not be sold or distributed for profit. You will not be compensated for our use of these photos.
